Combines salsa, samba, merengue, martial arts, and some Bollywood and belly dance moves with squats, lunges and lots of movement to get a great core and cardio workout. Have a blast at our Zumba party while dropping sizes. Check out our Facebook for Zumba GLOW party dates.
