Wednesdays at 8am. Get your metabolism revved up with 32 exercises in 45 minutes! A mix of cardio, strength and stretch.

a touch of strength)
Saturday at 9am and Sunday at 11:45am. This is a wellness class that will have a flare of pilates, yoga and strength. We hope to see you there!
Every Monday at 7:15pm.
A class inspired by cardio and kickboxing with flexibility and
strength-building moves including jabs, hooks, uppercuts and kicks designed to get
you on your way to a leaner body.
Wednesdays at 7:00pm. Zumba combines salsa, samba, merengue, martial arts, and some Bollywood and belly dance moves with squats, lunges and lots of movement to get a great core and cardio workout.
Tuesdays at 7:30pm. This will be 30 minutes of a total ab and core
workout. We'll be blasting, toning, and cutting up your abs. This is
just what you need to get ready for summer time!
