Every Saturday at 9am. This is a wellness class that will have a flare of pilates, yoga and stretch. We hope to see you there!
BUTTS & GUTS Every Thursday
at 7:45pm. ABS, ABS, ABS!!! We're going to blast that core and also spend time on the butt. Gluteus maximus, minimus and medias.
KA POW!
Every Monday at 7:15pm.
A class inspired by cardio and kickboxing with flexibility and
strength-building moves including jabs, hooks, uppercuts and kicks designed to get
you on your way to a leaner body.
 Zumba combines salsa, samba, merengue, martial arts, and some Bollywood and belly dance moves with squats, lunges and lots of movement to get a great core and cardio workout.
ABSOLUTE ABS
Tuesdays at 7:30pm. This will be 45 minutes of a total ab and core
workout. We'll be blasting, toning, and cutting up your abs. This is
just what you need to get ready for summer time!
