EDUCATE & MOTIVATE
Assessment:
Assessments will be done on your conditioning, core
strength, flexibility, and upper and lower body strength. By doing this you can see where you're starting, where you're going and you'll have achievable goals to focus on while training. Measurements will
also be taken and we will track your weight and fat count (if necessary). All of these assessments will be done in a private, one-on-one setting.
Program Design:
Your fitness and nutritional program is designed
around your goals and body type and meant to educate you so that once you’ve reached
your goals you can maintain them.
Nutritional Guidance:
You’ll be guided every step of the way as we track the
calories that you are taking in versus the calories that you are burning. We'll show you how to mobilize fat and take control of your metabolism; including speeding it up if you're looking for weight loss. You'll be educated on complex carbs, simple carbs, protein, fats and how they
specifically affect your body type and goals in attaining a healthy lifestyle.
Conditioning:
We’ll get you more conditioned so that your heart is
producing more oxygen per beat so that you have more endurance, a lower heart
rate (if necessary), more energy throughout the day, better sleeping habits and better moods.
Stretching:
We will work with you to get rid of tightness, aches, and
pains through stretch techniques. We’ll identify places for better flexibility,
range of motion and ways to allow you to get through everyday functions more
easily.
Remember, our trainers are here for you to Coach, Educate
and Motivate! Your goal is our main goal!
